STEP ONE: Are we a match?
I am so thrilled you would like to work together! First, please complete and submit our wedding inquiry form. I will review all of the details you provide, and send your our pre-wedding questionnaire. In this questionnaire, we request all our Klassy Brides to provide information on their wedding vision and needs including Pinterest board, color palette and all other pertinent visual elements that will help us to create the initial event estimate.
STEP TWO: Event Estimate
Based on the pre-wedding questionnaire responses, we will create an event estimate for you. Once you have reviewed your event estimate and feel we are a good fit for your style and budget, we will then a schedule a consultation to discuss your event estimate further.
STEP THREE: Let’s Consult
I will send you a note to schedule a consultation for us to chat. During this time, we will discuss the initial event estimate and all visual details of your wedding vision to ensure a cohesive stylish design. We will also discuss any adjustments needed to the event estimate.
STEP FOUR: Revision
I will send you a revised event estimate after the consultation based on our discussion.Your event estimate is valid for 14 days. Should you wish to move ahead, I kindly ask that you approve your event estimate and I will send along the event agreement for you to review. A signed agreement and 25% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your wedding date. All fees are payable by cash, check, or credit card, and payment plans are available upon your request. Please note: your final balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding.
STEP FIVE: Let’s finalize the details!
Once your retainer payment is received, your wedding date is secured with us and you are now a Klassy bride!
Approximately 3 – 4 months prior to your wedding, we will meet to fine tune every aesthetic detail (centerpiece, linens, candles etc.). On your wedding day, the Klassy team will be on site for installation and post-event tear down production.
