Thank you for considering Klassy Kreations for your upcoming event or wedding. We like to help our potential clients understand what they can expect at their first consultation. Before booking your appointment with us, we encourage you to have your date and venue secured. This will allow us to ensure we will be available for your event
1: Complete the contact form to get the process started
2. Questionnaire: We will send you our wedding questionnaire to complete to provide us with basic information about your event needs.
3. Consultation: A phone/video initial inquiry consultation will be scheduled to discuss preliminary pricing based on the information provided in your wedding questionnaire.
4. Proposal: Assuming pricing is in line with your expectations, a customized floral proposal will be prepared and a 2nd appointment for proposal review will be scheduled to present your proposal and address any questions you may have.
5 Retainer & Contract: Proposal is sent for approval after the appointment, along with the floral agreement and retainer invoice. 25% retainer along with a signed floral agreement is required to secure your event date. Check payment and all major credit cards are accepted.
6. Details such as color and quantities are finalized 5 weeks prior to your event date
7. Complimentary sample floral consultation* are scheduled 5 weeks prior to your event date.
8. Final payment is due 30 days prior to your event date. All final adjustment must be completed by this date and flowers are ordered at this time as well.
