2. Floral Proposal Consultation & Booking
We’ll present your custom mood board featuring your color palette, floral direction, and design inspiration, then refine the details together.
3. Design Meeting & Mood Board Review (90 days before wedding)
Begin by completing our inquiry form. We’ll review your details first. If Signature appears to be the right fit, we’ll send a floral questionnaire to learn more about your vision, priorities, and design preferences.
From your first conversation to your wedding day, every step of the Signature experience is guided with care, intention, and artistry. Our process brings clarity to your floral decisions and thoughtful direction to each design, so you can feel confident about how everything will come together.
4. Optional: Studio Mock-Up Session (90 days before wedding)
We’ll present your floral proposal, review the recommended designs and investment, and answer your questions. If you’re ready to move forward, your date is reserved once the agreement is signed and the retainer is received.
5. Final Design Review (60 days before wedding)
Finalize your selections and confirm quantities, layouts, and floral details.
6. Optional: Venue Site Visit (30–45 days before wedding)
When a site visit is needed, we review the space and coordinate with your planner or venue team so the floral designs work with the layout and installation requirements.
7. Final Details & Payment (30 days before wedding)
Your final balance is due as we prepare and order your flowers.
8. Wedding Day Styling & Setup
Our team delivers, installs, and styles each floral element on-site so the finished design comes together as intended.
9. Optional Post-Event Takedown
When included in your proposal, our team returns after the celebration to remove floral elements, vessels, and décor..

The Signature full-service experience begins at $5,500, with most couples investing $7,000–$15,000+. The final investment depends on the number and scale of the floral designs, venue logistics, delivery and installation requirements, and whether post-event takedown is needed.
Smaller weddings or celebrations with a focused floral scope may be a good fit near the starting investment. We'll review the details shared in your inquiry and guide you to the service that best fits your wedding.
We recommend booking 9–12 months before your wedding, especially for peak season (May–October). This allows us to source specialty blooms and plan installations in detail.
Absolutely. Signature is based on your design needs, not guest count. It’s ideal for couples who value custom floral artistry regardless of scale.
We primarily serve venues in Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia. For select weddings within the broader DMV region, please inquire for availability
We manage floral delivery, setup, and styling, along with post-event takedown when it is included in your proposal. While we collaborate closely with your planner, we do not provide day-of coordination for non-floral logistics.
Klassy Collections, our Semi-Custom service, allows you to choose from a curated selection of floral designs and personalize them through your color palette, quantities, and selected floral pieces. It is a good fit for couples whose needs align with the available designs and service options.
Klassy Signature is our full-service floral experience. Each floral design is created specifically for your wedding, with personalized design guidance and support for more detailed floral and on-site needs. Delivery, on-site installation and styling, and post-event takedown when needed can be incorporated into your floral proposal.
Because the services can overlap in investment, the best fit depends on the level of customization, floral scope, venue logistics, and on-site support your wedding requires, not price alone.
