This District Winery wedding features Ashley and Terrell’s intimate wedding. They are residents of the DMV. They chose to celebrate their wedding at District Winery for a rustic yet elegant experience. This wedding was extra special because this was our 1st small intimate wedding at the District Winery. It was such a pleasure working with their event manager, Rheanna.

The District Winery is located in Washington, DC in the Navy yard. This DC wedding venue is a modern waterfront space with ceiling windows. It has an outdoor terrace and a sweeping river view. The District Winery is a sophisticated waterfront wedding venue for modern couples. Prior to Ashley and Terrell’s October wedding celebration, we were in constant contact with the event manager, Rheanna. We often checked-in via emails and/or phone calls to ensure a smooth wedding day set-up including all pertinent COVID-related precautions.

Ashley and Terrell chose  Mauve, Plum, and green fall color palette for their wedding. So for the floral designs for the couple, we decided to keep it simple by incorporating both ivory, white, deep red roses with lush greenery to create an elegant look. The final concept for this wedding was a lush and relaxed small, intimate wedding celebration.

On Ashley and Terrell’s wedding day, the Klassy Team arrived on time with our face masks and hand sanitizers along with all the beautiful wedding flowers. The beautiful wedding centerpieces were placed on the walnut tables. The ceremony flowers were set-up on the wine barrels as well as the elegant floral details for the aisle. The set-up was seamless and done with social distancing implementation.
